Clifton College

Working in Marketing and Admissions, I was responsible for managing a small team and revamping their brand and website alongside The Web Kitchen and Studio Certain

Clifton College faced two distinct but related communications challenges across separate periods: first, a full redevelopment of its website and digital presence following a rebrand, and later the need to stabilise and lead its marketing operation during the disruption of winter lockdowns.

Both phases required coordinating multiple agencies and internal teams, refreshing how the school presented itself to prospective families, and delivering new campaigns and digital assets — all while maintaining confidence, continuity and day-to-day communications in a complex educational environment

Across two senior appointments, first as Website Project Manager and later as Interim Head of Communications, I was responsible for leading major digital and marketing programmes at Clifton College.

I project-managed the complete rebuild of the school’s website, including appointing and coordinating external agencies, commissioning writers and content teams, and developing new social and content strategies aligned with refreshed brand guidelines. During my later return, I stepped in to co-lead the marketing team through a period of operational instability, coordinating remote working, overseeing new campaigns and films and supporting senior leadership with internal communications and commercial tender processes.

In both roles, I focused on bringing structure, momentum and collaboration to complex projects and built strong relationships across departments, ensuring creative ambition translated into deliverable plans
